image Javea Holiday Rentals was formed in 2020 during the covid-19 crisis by husband-and-wife team, Mark & Christine Smith. We feel that we offer a more personal, intimate service to our guests and owners, and want to ensure that your holiday experience is second to none. We focus only on quality properties in and around the Javea area and along with our owners ensure that not only are those properties equipped to the highest standard, but every little detail is taken care of for you. We firmly believe that the little things make all the difference and that´s why we offer them at no additional charge to all our guests. Further renforcing our motto of;

  • Small family run business: We work with our property owners to make sure that our properties are of the highest standards. Our only focus is ensuring that you have the best holiday possible so that you keep coming back year after year.
  • Meet & Greet: We want to make sure that your holiday gets off to the best of starts. One of our representatives will meet you to handover the keys to your property, as well as any codes and update you on Jávea. We have ‘Local Knowledgeable Staff´ and can answer any questions or queries that you may have.
  • COVID-19 compliant: In these uncertain times we ensure that all of our properties are cleaned using current covid-19 rules. We aim for the highest of standards not only with our cleaners but also our contractors so that you and your party have peace of mind during your stay.
  • Complimentary ‘Welcome Pack: We recognise that everyone needs a helping hand. We have put together a few complimentary essential items to make sure your holiday gets off to a flying start. Should you want to leave your first supermarket shopping to us; just supply us with a list and we´ll do the rest.
  • Complimentary Beach Towels: Save space in your suitcases for all those holiday gifts. We supply complimentary ‘Beach Towels’ for every member of your party during your stay. Just leave them behind when you´ve finished.
  • Free Cots, Child Gates & Highchairs: As the safety of all our guests is paramount we never charge for the extras. This is especially true when we talk about our younger guests. Just let us know what you want and we´ll make sure it´s waiting for you on arrival.
  • Free High-Speed Wi-Fi: Staying connected whilst away is important for all of us in this modern world. All our properties have strong, high speed Wi-Fi throughout their property and around the pools and terraces. All of this at no additional charge.
  • 24 Hour In-Resort Service & Support: We recognise that at times you may need some support during your holidays. With our 24/7 helpline you can always have peace of mind that there is someone at the end of the phone to help you should you need it.
  • Fully Legal and Insured Properties: We pride ourselves on caring about our guests and so we make sure that all our properties are fully legal and that they all have full public liability insurance. Don´t forget however to make sure you and your party have ‘Holiday Insurance’.
