Elva & Scott - Aparto Almi

We're Elva & Scott. We bought our Aparto Almi in 2021. Juggling international careers between the US and Europe, we sought the perfect climate, community, and ocean views, leading us to the charming town of Moraira. Buying the apartment was anything but easy. We had one last viewing, fully intending to decline the purchase, especially after Covid-19 hit. We said yes and began a minor renovation that evolved into a full refurbishment.

Aparto Almi is our tranquil retreat, boasting views and 10 hours of summer sunshine daily. Just a 5-minute walk from both the beach and town, it's an incredible location.
