Swimming pool and sunbathing area
The Ana apartment is situated in ‘Jardines del Mar’, one of the most developed complexes in Javea. The apartment has the use of a large tiled sun-drenched pool set in beautiful gardens and area surrounded by a large grass area. The pool area has a children’s pool and is totally enclosed. The whole area offers peace, tranquillity and privacy and is the ideal place to sit around with a good book whilst soaking up the Spanish sun.

The terrace has dining for four people and all-day sun to enjoy a good book or top up that tan.

Entrance
The apartment has on street parking. There is a short walk to the covered entrance and this 1st floor apartment. The downstairs ‘Pool Area’ can be accessed by a short walk from the apartment.

Living, Kitchen & Dining Space
The lounge and outdoor terrace are the perfect place to get out of the sun and relax. The lounge has a comfy sofa and TV and has the advantage of Airconditioning. The covered terrace has views over the pool and gardens and a small dining table so you can enjoy alfresco dining. This area can be closed off with glass curtains to increase the lounge area.

The kitchen area has oven, hob and microwave and its own breakfast bar and is perfect for those that like to be self-sufficient. The bathroom has a shower, W/C and basin and completes a perfect Studio apartment.

Bedroom
Bedroom 1 – A King bedroom with fitted wardrobes. The owner has separated out the bedroom to make it private. Guests can use the aircon in the lounge or the additional fan.

All bedrooms come with fresh linen as well as 'Hand' and 'Bath Towels'. Guests receive a 'Linen Change' every 7 days, with a light 'Bathroom Clean'.

Water Sports
If you like windsurfing and dinghy sailing the sea up and down the coast around Jávea/Moraira are perfect. The summer winds are mostly thermals which peak in the late afternoon and die away completely in the evening.

The thermals off Moraira, Javea and Calpe beaches average force 2.5 and rarely exceed force 4. There are also windsurfing schools in Calpe and Jávea.

Markets
This coastline has some of the best markets on offer. Everyday you could spend hours walking around a local Market. Make sure you have space in those cases.

Go Karting
Karting Javea, a karting track offering different power karts so everyone can race. Afterwards why not stay and relax around the custom-made pool and beach at ´Isla Bonita´ with a bar/restaurant and occasional live music.
