If spectacular views are what you are after then the ´Panoramic Apartment´ is just for you. With incredible views of Javea, Cumbre del Sol, Moraira and the Mediterranean Sea this is the perfect spot to spend your well-earned break.

The terrace has dining for four people and all-day sun to enjoy a good book or top up that tan.

Entrance
The apartment has sufficient parking for 2 hire cars and is a short walk to the covered entrance of the apartment.

Living & Dining Space
The lounge / dining room with seating for 4 is flooded with light and boasts the most amazing views of the coastline. There are patio doors that open fully onto the terrace with seating for 4 people.

The fully equipped open-plan kitchen offers everything you could need so that mealtimes are never an issue.

Communal Infinity Pool
If lazing by the pool is your thing then Panoramic boasts a spectacular double Infinity Pool. Just a short 1-minute walk from the apartment, take our complimentary poolside sunbeds & beach towels to soak up the sun, or marvel at the amazing views of the Mediterranean whilst floating in one of the beautiful infinity pools.

Bedrooms
Master Bedroom – A master bedroom with King size bed and patio doors out to the terrace.

Second Bedroom – Two single beds (These can be changed for a double on request).

Bathroom – Both bedrooms share a large tiled bathroom with a shower.

All bedrooms come with fresh linen as well as 'Hand' and 'Bath Towels'. Guests receive a 'Linen Change' every 7 days, with a light 'Bathroom Clean'.

The apartment is only 10 minutes’ drive from Javea & Moraira with their ´Blue Flag Beach´, bars and restaurants and ideal for those days out or maybe you want relax by the two beautiful infinity pools and either read a book or soak in the pool whilst admiring the views over the Mediterranean.

Water Sports
If you like windsurfing and dinghy sailing the sea up and down the coast around Jávea/Moraira are perfect. The summer winds are mostly thermals which peak in the late afternoon and die away completely in the evening.

The thermals off Moraira, Javea and Calpe beaches average force 2.5 and rarely exceed force 4. There are also windsurfing schools in Calpe and Jávea.

Markets
This coastline has some of the best markets on offer. Everyday you could spend hours walking around a local Market. Make sure you have space in those cases.

With some of the most stunning scenery the Alicante region has to offer, this is a paradise for walkers, hikers, and climbers alike. Whether it is a sedate walk or a six-hour hike, we believe there is something for everyone. We can help with maps and have information on the best trails and climbs.

Are you and your friends golfing fanatics that want to mix golfing with a relaxing break? We can point you in the direction of several excellent golf clubs within an hour’s drive. From ‘La Sella’ & ‘Javea Golf’ less than 15 minutes away to ‘Oliva Nova’ & ‘Bonalba’ just under an hour.

Favoured by cyclists and mountain bikers alike. Jávea / Denia / Moraira and surrounding areas are ideal for those of you that love cycling and mountain biking. Within easy reach of all the resorts via the excellent road network. The ‘Water’ & ‘Amusement’ parks in Benidorm offer fun days out for all the family. Whether it´s a day shooting the slides at ‘Aqualandia´ or strolling around the zoo at ‘Terra Natura. Maybe thrill rides is what you and your family love and so ‘Terra Mitica’ has it all. Go Karting
Karting Javea, a karting track offering different power karts so everyone can race. Afterwards why not stay and relax around the custom-made pool and beach at ´Isla Bonita´ with a bar/restaurant and occasional live music. It is close to the Arenal beach and is a great way to spend a few competitive hours with the kids.
