Swimming Pool, Pool Terrace and Sunbathing Area
The spectacular views from the pool terrace are the star of the show at this villa. It´s a great place to sit around with a good book, admire the fantastic views of the valley in front and the mountains behind and take a dip to cool off in between.

There are lots of little covered terraces, perfect for a siesta or to read a book. The fabulous poolside seating area is ideal to sit and watch the world go by.

Lower Dining Terrace
The lower covered terrace enjoys beautiful views of the valley and a large table for you and your group to eat together. We have supplied you with a top of the range BBQ grill so that you can really enjoy alfresco dining.

It´s a short walk down to the gardens offer tranquillity and a place to get away from everything. We are sure it´s perfect with a good book after that BBQ.

Entrance
The villa has sufficient parking for up to 3 hire cars and is a short walk to the covered entrance which opens up into an impressive hallway.

Living & Dining Space
The lounge / dining room with seating for all your guests is flooded with light and has fantastic views over the pool, gardens, and valley beyond. There are patio doors that open fully onto the open pool terrace and covered seating areas. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you could need so that mealtimes are never an issue

Bedrooms
Top Level – A master bedroom with ensuite, fully fitted gym and jacuzzi bath.

Ground Floor – One King bedroom with ensuite and private terrace. There is also a twin room with a separate bathroom.

Lower Level – One King bedroom with ensuite. 2 further King bedrooms share a beautiful fitted bathroom (One with lounge area). This floor has its own self-contained kitchen, lounge and seating area. This level has refreshed air constantly piped through it and remains lovely and cool when it´s 40 degrees outside.

All bedrooms come with fresh linen as well as 'Hand' and 'Bath Towels'. Guests receive a 'Linen Change' every 7 days, with a light 'Bathroom Clean'.

Casa Andromeda is set on the slopes of the Montgo mountain in Javea, with wonderful views of the mountain and the valley. It's less than 5 minutes' drive to several fantastic restaurants and a great local supermarket. The 'Old Town', 'Port' or 'Arenal Beach' are only a 10 minutes' drive away. Jávea offers 'Blue Flag Beaches', artesan stalls during the summer months, bars, restaurants, shops and has the honour of being the '8th Healthiest Place in the World'.

Water Sports
If you like windsurfing and dinghy sailing the sea up and down the coast around Javea are perfect. The summer winds are mostly thermals which peak in the late afternoon and die away completely in the evening.

The thermals off Moraira, Javea and Calpe beaches average force 2.5 and rarely exceed force 4. There are also windsurfing schools in Calpe and Javea. If you’re bringing your own boat, windsurf or Jet Ski. Three of our properties have secure car park will take the worry away from storage.

Markets
This coastline has some of the best markets on offer. Everyday you could spend hours walking around a local Market. Make sure you have space in those cases.

Are you and your friends golfing fanatics that want to mix golfing with a relaxing break? We can point you in the direction of several excellent golf clubs within an hour’s drive. From ‘La Sella’ & ‘Javea Golf’ less than 15 minutes away to ‘Oliva Nova’ & ‘Bonalba’ just under an hour.

Go Karting
Karting Javea, a karting track offering different power karts so everyone can race. Afterwards why not stay and relax around the custom-made pool and beach at ´Isla Bonita´ with a bar/restaurant and occasional live music. It is close to the Arenal beach and is a great way to spend a few competitive hours with the kids.
