Swimming Pool, Pool Terrace and Sunbathing Area
The spectacular views of the Montgo National Park from the pool terrace are the star of the show at Casa Casiopea. With a large 10m x 5m pool it´s a great place to sit around with a good book, admire the fantastic views of the valley in front and the mountains behind whilst topping up your tan.

The large pool terrace is perfect for alfresco dining where you can choose between a charcoal or gas BBQ. There is more than enough seating, sunbeds and parasols for every member of your group

Entrance
The villa has sufficient parking for up to 3 hire cars and is a short walk to the covered entrance which opens into an impressive hallway.

Living & Dining Space
The lounge / dining room with seating for all your guests is flooded with light and has fantastic views over the pool, gardens, and valley beyond. There are patio doors that open fully onto the impressive, covered seating area that looks out over the pool area.

The terrace has a large circular dining table with seating for 8 people and is ideal for alfresco dining.

The fully equipped kitchen with separate dining area and large table offers everything you could need so that mealtimes are never an issue. Perfect for families

Bedrooms
Top Level – Two impressive Super King bedrooms, one with an en-suite. Both bedrooms are light, bright and have sufficient wardrobe space for the largest of suitcases.

These two bedrooms open onto the large upstairs terrace and seating area with spectacular views of the valley, perfect for a morning coffee.

Ground Floor – Two Large Bedroom, one Super King with en-suite, the other a King Bedroom. This level has a separate bathroom that is shared by two of the bedrooms. These rooms have direct access to the lounge

All bedrooms come with fresh linen as well as 'Hand' and 'Bath Towels'. Guests receive a 'Linen Change' every 7 days, with a light 'Bathroom Clean'.

Casa Casiopea is set on the slopes of the Montgo mountain in Javea, with wonderful views of the mountain and the valley. It's less than 5 minutes' drive to several fantastic restaurants and a great local supermarket. The 'Old Town', 'Port' or 'Arenal Beach' are only a 10 minutes' drive away. Jávea offers 'Blue Flag Beaches', artesan stalls during the summer months, bars, restaurants, shops and has the honour of being the '8th Healthiest Place in the World'.

Water Sports
If you like windsurfing and dinghy sailing the sea up and down the coast around Javea are perfect. The summer winds are mostly thermals which peak in the late afternoon and die away completely in the evening.

The thermals off Moraira, Javea and Calpe beaches average force 2.5 and rarely exceed force 4. There are also windsurfing schools in Calpe and Javea. If you’re bringing your own boat, windsurf or Jet Ski. Three of our properties have secure car park will take the worry away from storage.

Markets
This coastline has some of the best markets on offer. Everyday you could spend hours walking around a local Market. Make sure you have space in those cases.

Are you and your friends golfing fanatics that want to mix golfing with a relaxing break? We can point you in the direction of several excellent golf clubs within an hour’s drive. From ‘La Sella’ & ‘Javea Golf’ less than 15 minutes away to ‘Oliva Nova’ & ‘Bonalba’ just under an hour.

Go Karting
Karting Javea, a karting track offering different power karts so everyone can race. Afterwards why not stay and relax around the custom-made pool and beach at ´Isla Bonita´ with a bar/restaurant and occasional live music. It is close to the Arenal beach and is a great way to spend a few competitive hours with the kids.
