Swimming Pool, Pool Terrace and Sunbathing Area
Situated in the renowned urbanisation of El Montgo in the national park. Casa Chilango is a beautiful 3-bedroom family villa that has been updated and extended to an extremely high standard and enjoys spectacular views.

The large south facing 11m x 4m pool has a sun-drenched private terrace with sunbeds and only a short walk to an impressive alfresco covered dining area with gas BBQ and outdoor kitchen.

With an additional terrace and table the whole area is the perfect place to sit around with a good book and admire the fantastic views whilst soaking up the sun as the children play in the pool.

Entrance
The villa has a covered parking for 1 car as well as on street parking. There are a few steps through the front garden to the main entrance. The main entrance to the villa is situated at the side of the property which opens into a large lounge area and kitchen & diner.

Living, Kitchen & Dining Spaces
The generously proportioned lounge / dining room with seating for all your guests is modern and has high ceilings and plenty of windows to allow the natural light in and to display the views.

The area is cool and inviting and perfect place to get out of the afternoon sun. The fully fitted equipped kitchen with central island offers everything you could need and enjoys those magnificent views. There dining area joins all of it together, enjoys those same views and is the perfect place to sit and enjoy breakfast.

Bedrooms
Bedroom 1 – A large light and airy king bedroom with en-suite and walk in shower. The bedroom has sufficient wardrobe space for the largest of suitcases.

Bedroom 2 – This king bedroom has fitted wardrobes and ensuite with a lovely outdoor terrace, perfect for an early morning coffee.

Bedroom 3 – A large light twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes and ensuite. It also enjoys a large separate TV lounge.

All bedrooms come with fresh linen as well as 'Hand' and 'Bath Towels'. Guests receive a 'Linen Change' every 7 days, with a light 'Bathroom Clean'.

Water Sports
If you like windsurfing and dinghy sailing the sea up and down the coast around Javea are perfect. The summer winds are mostly thermals which peak in the late afternoon and die away completely in the evening.

The thermals off Moraira, Javea and Calpe beaches average force 2.5 and rarely exceed force 4. There are also windsurfing schools in Calpe and Javea. If you’re bringing your own boat, windsurf or Jet Ski. Three of our properties have secure car park will take the worry away from storage.

Markets
This coastline has some of the best markets on offer. Everyday you could spend hours walking around a local Market. Make sure you have space in those cases.

Karting Javea, a karting track offering different power karts so everyone can race. Afterwards why not stay and relax around the custom-made pool and beach at ´Isla Bonita´ with a bar/restaurant and occasional live music.
