Swimming Pool, Pool Terrace and Sunbathing Area
Situated in the renowned urbanisation of Ville De Vents. Casa De La Paz is a beautiful 3 bedroom family villa. The villa enjoys spectacular views of the Montgo from the sun-drenched front garden. With a large south/east facing 8m x 4m pool and sun-drenched private terrace at the rear of the property it is the perfect place to sit around with a good book and admire the fantastic views whilst soaking up the sun whilst the children play in the pool.

The pool boasts two covered seating areas, sunbeds with a large parasol and a beautiful day bed with shade. It also has a BBQ so you can enjoy that alfresco living from the comfort of your sunbed.

Entrance
The villa has sufficient covered parking for up to 2 cars, there are a few steps into the front garden. The main entrance to the villa is situated at the rear of the property which opens onto a large pool area with seating and the perfect place to read a book.

Living, Kitchen & Dining Spaces
The generously proportioned lounge / dining room with seating for all your guests is modern and has high ceilings and plenty of windows to allow the natural light in and to display the views. The area is cool and inviting and perfect place to get out of the afternoon sun.

The fully fitted equipped kitchen offers everything you could need including a separate laundry area that houses the washing machine. There is a small seating area in the kitchen so that you can enjoy the views of the pool whilst having breakfast.

Bedrooms
Bedroom 1 – A large light and airy king bedroom with en-suite and walk in shower. The bedroom has sufficient wardrobe space for the largest of suitcases.

Bedroom 2 – This king bedroom has fitted wardrobes and shares a shower room with bedroom 3 next door

Bedroom 3 – A large light twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes that shares the shower room with bedroom 2.

All bedrooms come with fresh linen as well as 'Hand' and 'Bath Towels'. Guests receive a 'Linen Change' every 7 days, with a light 'Bathroom Clean'.

Water Sports
If you like windsurfing and dinghy sailing the sea up and down the coast around Javea are perfect. The summer winds are mostly thermals which peak in the late afternoon and die away completely in the evening.

The thermals off Moraira, Javea and Calpe beaches average force 2.5 and rarely exceed force 4. There are also windsurfing schools in Calpe and Javea. If you’re bringing your own boat, windsurf or Jet Ski. Three of our properties have secure car park will take the worry away from storage.

Markets
This coastline has some of the best markets on offer. Everyday you could spend hours walking around a local Market. Make sure you have space in those cases.

Go Karting
Karting Javea, a karting track offering different power karts so everyone can race. Afterwards why not stay and relax around the custom-made pool and beach at ´Isla Bonita´ with a bar/restaurant and occasional live music. It is close to the Arenal beach and is a great way to spend a few competitive hours with the kids.
