Swimming Pool, Pool Terrace and Sunbathing Area
The spectacular views of 'Cumbre del Sol' and surrounding countryside from the sun-drenched pool terrace are the star of the show at Casa Elisabeth. With a large 'South Facing' 10m x 5m pool it´s a great place to sit around with a good book and admire the fantastic views whilst topping up your tan.

The outdoor terrace has a large dining table with seating for 8 people and is ideal for alfresco dining or relax in the comfortable chill out area.

The large gas BBQ is perfect for the family get togethers. Choose to eat your lunch by the side of the pool, at the poolside dining table or just stay on your sunbed. Perfect family dining.

Entrance
The villa has sufficient parking for up to 4 hire cars and is a short walk to the covered entrance which opens into the open plan lounge / diner.

Living & Dining Space
The lounge / dining room with seating for all your guests is flooded with light and has fantastic views over the pool & gardens. There are patio doors that open onto the impressive, covered outside seating area. The fully equipped kitchen with separate dining area and large table with seating for 8 people. Perfect for mealtimes

Bedrooms
Top Floor – One Large King bedroom with en-suite and large wardrobes opens onto the upstairs terrace with a small seating area and great views, perfect for a morning coffee. Two further twin bedrooms that share a shower room are light, bright and have sufficient wardrobe space for the largest of suitcases. Ideal for the kids.

Ground Floor – One Large King bedroom with en-suite that opens onto the pool side with a small seating area to enjoy that morning coffee. The room is light and airy with its own wardrobe space. This bedroom has direct access to the Lounge and is ideal for those with reduced mobility.

All Bedrooms come with fresh linen as well as Hand and Bath Towels

Casa Elisabeth is set on the exclusive 'La Cala' urbanisation with wonderful views of 'Cumbre del Sol' and the surrounding countryside. It sits on a quiet residential stree but is less than 10 minutes' drive to several fantastic restaurants and a great local supermarket. The 'Old Town', 'Port' or 'Arenal Beach' are only a 10 minutes' drive away. Jávea offers 'Blue Flag Beaches', artesan stalls during the summer months, bars, restaurants, shops and has the honour of being the '8th Healthiest Place in the World'.

Water Sports
If you like windsurfing and dinghy sailing the sea up and down the coast around Javea are perfect. The summer winds are mostly thermals which peak in the late afternoon and die away completely in the evening.

The thermals off Moraira, Javea and Calpe beaches average force 2.5 and rarely exceed force 4. There are also windsurfing schools in Calpe and Javea. If you’re bringing your own boat, windsurf or Jet Ski. Three of our properties have secure car park will take the worry away from storage.

Markets
This coastline has some of the best markets on offer. Everyday you could spend hours walking around a local Market. Make sure you have space in those cases.

Go Karting
Karting Javea, a karting track offering different power karts so everyone can race. Afterwards why not stay and relax around the custom-made pool and beach at ´Isla Bonita´ with a bar/restaurant and occasional live music.
