Situated between Jávea & Moraira. Casa MD enjoys spectacular views of the ‘Mediterranean Sea’ from the sun-drenched pool terrace. The large 8m x 4m ‘Infinity Pool’ is a fantastic place to sit around with a good book whilst soaking up the Spanish sunshine.

For the family / group the pool boasts a large seating area, sunbeds, and shade for every member of your group and a ‘Gas BBQ’ so that everyone can enjoy that alfresco living.

Entrance
The villa has sufficient parking for up to 2 hire cars as well as street parking for another two cars and is a short walk to the entrance which has a staircase down to the property or an internal lift for those with limited mobility.

Living, Kitchen & Dining Spaces
The open plan Kitchen, Lounge, Diner is bright, light and ultra-modern with spectacular Mediterranean Sea Views. is the perfect area to sit and talk whilst dinner is being prepared. The area is cool and inviting and perfect if you want to get out of the afternoon sun. The new fully equipped kitchen offers everything you could need.

Bedrooms
Bedroom 1 – A large light and airy king bedroom with en-suite. The bedroom has sufficient wardrobe space for the largest of suitcases and boasts a bath and separate walk-in shower. It opens out onto the main sunbathing terrace

Bedroom 2,3,4 & 5 – All 4 bedrooms have king beds, wardrobes and spectacular ‘Sea Views’. Each two bedrooms share an ultra-modern shower room with spectacular sea views and everything you could need.

All bedrooms come with fresh linen as well as 'Hand' and 'Bath Towels'. Guests receive a 'Linen Change' every 7 days, with a light 'Bathroom Clean'

Water Sports
If you like windsurfing and dinghy sailing the sea up and down the coast around Javea are perfect. The summer winds are mostly thermals which peak in the late afternoon and die away completely in the evening.

The thermals off Moraira, Javea and Calpe beaches average force 2.5 and rarely exceed force 4. There are also windsurfing schools in Calpe and Javea. If you’re bringing your own boat, windsurf or Jet Ski. Three of our properties have secure car park will take the worry away from storage.

Markets
This coastline has some of the best markets on offer. Everyday you could spend hours walking around a local Market. Make sure you have space in those cases.

Karting Javea, a karting track offering different power karts so everyone can race. Afterwards why not stay and relax around the custom-made pool and beach at ´Isla Bonita´ with a bar/restaurant and occasional live music.
