Swimming Pool, Pool Terrace and Sunbathing Area
Situated in the outskirts of outstanding resort of Jávea. Casa Primavera enjoys spectacular views of the valley in front from the sun-drenched pool terrace. The large 9m x 3.5m south facing pool is a fantastic place to sit around with a good book, with the backdrop of the ‘Montgo Mountain’, whilst soaking up the Spanish sun.

The pool terrace enjoys 10 hours of sunshine during August and ideal to top up that tan. For the family the pool boasts seating, sunbeds, and parasols for every member of your group so you can enjoy that alfresco living.

Entrance
The villa has street parking for up to 3 hire cars and is a short walk up a set of stairs to the covered entrance which opens into a cool entrance hall.

Living, Kitchen & Dining Spaces
The open plan kitchen, Lounge, Dining Room with seating for all your guests is modern and the perfect area to sit and talk whilst dinner is being prepared. The area is cool and inviting ideal if you want to get out of the afternoon sun. The new fully equipped kitchen offers everything you could need. From there a door leads onto the ‘Outdoor Terrace’ with a large comfy dining table for 6 people and a ‘Gas BBQ’. This area has unrivalled views of the ’Montgo National Park’ perfect ‘Alfresco Dining’

Bedrooms
Bedroom 1 – A light and airy king bedroom with spectacular views. The bedroom has sufficient wardrobe space for the largest of suitcases. This bedroom has air-conditioning

Bedroom 2 – This king bedroom has wardrobes as well as incredible valley views.

Bedroom 3 – A light twin bedroom with wardrobes that has views of the valley and mountains. All 3 bedrooms share a beautiful fully equipped bathroom with shower, bath and toilet.

All bedrooms come with fresh linen as well as 'Hand' and 'Bath Towels'. Guests receive a 'Linen Change' every 7 days, with a light 'Bathroom Clean'

Water Sports
If you like windsurfing and dinghy sailing the sea up and down the coast around Javea are perfect. The summer winds are mostly thermals which peak in the late afternoon and die away completely in the evening.

The thermals off Moraira, Javea and Calpe beaches average force 2.5 and rarely exceed force 4. There are also windsurfing schools in Calpe and Javea. If you’re bringing your own boat, windsurf or Jet Ski. Three of our properties have secure car park will take the worry away from storage.

Markets
This coastline has some of the best markets on offer. Everyday you could spend hours walking around a local Market. Make sure you have space in those cases.

Are you and your friends golfing fanatics that want to mix golfing with a relaxing break? We can point you in the direction of several excellent golf clubs within an hour’s drive. From ‘La Sella’ & ‘Javea Golf’ less than 15 minutes away to ‘Oliva Nova’ & ‘Bonalba’ just under an hour.

Go Karting
Karting Javea, a karting track offering different power karts so everyone can race. Afterwards why not stay and relax around the custom-made pool and beach at ´Isla Bonita´ with a bar/restaurant and occasional live music. It is close to the Arenal beach and is a great way to spend a few competitive hours with the kids.
