Swimming Pool, Pool Terrace and Sunbathing Area
The large south facing pool area with its 12m x 6m swimming pool enjoys privacy and is ideal for those long relaxing poolside family holidays. It´s a great place to top up that tan as the large pool area enjoys 10 hours of sun a day and is perfect for those that want to soak up those rays.

A large, covered poolside pergola with a comfortable seating area is ideal for those that want to get out of the Spanish sun and relax or maybe just sit and read a good book. At lunch you don’t have to move far from that sunbed. Casa Samantha has a large, covered terrace area with seating for 8. It has a large gas BBQ which is perfect for poolside alfresco dining.

Entrance
The villa has sufficient parking for up to 3 hire cars and is a short walk to the covered entrance which opens into the hallway

Open Plan Living/Kitchen & Snug Area
The open plan lounge with seating for all your guests is flooded with light and joined to the beautiful fully equipped kitchen with central island, perfect for breakfast. There are patio doors that open into the ‘Snug Room’. This room has access to the dining terrace and pool area and is perfect to get out of the mid-day sun and watch TV with the family.

Bedrooms
Top Level – An impressive King bedroom, with an en-suite. This bedroom boasts an ensuite, wardrobes and a terrace with fantastic views, perfect for a morning coffee.
Ground Level – A King bedroom that is light, bright and has sufficient wardrobe space for the largest of suitcases. This room opens out to the pool area and has its own fully fitted ensuite.
Lower Level – A large King bedroom along with another twin room share this level. This level has a separate shower room that is shared by the two bedrooms. This level also houses the washing machine and ironing room.

All bedrooms come with fresh linen as well as 'Hand' and 'Bath Towels'. Guests receive a 'Linen Change' every 7 days, with a light 'Bathroom Clean'

Casa Samantha is just short distance from Jávea and the Arenal beach and with a car is the ideal place to explore the surrounding towns. For those people wishing to explore the area there are some spectacular shaded walks along the clifftops around Portichol & La Cala, perfect for walking off that heavy lunch

There are two beautiful coves nearby with small ‘Blue Flag’ beaches, Portichol and Granadella, within 10/15 minutes drive, both with great restaurants. The port and main town are about 10 minutes in the car and again both have ‘Blue Flag Beaches’, bars & restaurants.

Water Sports
If you like windsurfing and dinghy sailing the sea up and down the coast around Javea are perfect. The summer winds are mostly thermals which peak in the late afternoon and die away completely in the evening.

The thermals off Moraira, Javea and Calpe beaches average force 2.5 and rarely exceed force 4. There are also windsurfing schools in Calpe and Javea. If you’re bringing your own boat, windsurf or Jet Ski. Three of our properties have secure car park will take the worry away from storage.

Markets
This coastline has some of the best markets on offer. Everyday you could spend hours walking around a local Market. Make sure you have space in those cases.

Are you and your friends golfing fanatics that want to mix golfing with a relaxing break? We can point you in the direction of several excellent golf clubs within an hour’s drive. From ‘La Sella’ & ‘Javea Golf’ less than 15 minutes away to ‘Oliva Nova’ & ‘Bonalba’ just under an hour.

Go Karting
Karting Javea, a karting track offering different power karts so everyone can race. Afterwards why not stay and relax around the custom-made pool and beach at ´Isla Bonita´ with a bar/restaurant and occasional live music. It is close to the Arenal beach and is a great way to spend a few competitive hours with the kids.
