The villa boasts shaded areas under the trees, perfect to read that favourite book or take little a siesta.

The fabulous poolside dining table for 6 is ideal for alfresco living or maybe move upto to the level above to the large covered outdoor dining area, great for those family fiestas.

Entrance
The villa has sufficient parking for upto 3 hire cars and is a short walk upstairs to the covered entrance, entrance hall & kitchen.

Living & Dining Space
The open plan lounge / dining room with seating for all your guests is a cool, relaxing area to get away from the heat of the day and has fantastic views over the pool, gardens, and valley beyond.

There are patio doors that open fully onto the upstairs terrace with seating / dining for 6 people. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you could need so that mealtimes are never an issue.

Bedrooms
Master Bedroom – A relaxing master bedroom with King bed and large ensuite. It has air-conditioning and shutters to keep you cool at night as well as double wardrobes.

Twin Bedroom – The twin shares a bathroom with the other double and is cool and inviting. It has air-conditioning, shutters and wardrobes.

Double Bedroom – This double bedroom with shared bathroom and King-size bed is comfortable and offers air-conditioning, shutters and large double wardrobe.

All bedrooms come with fresh linen as well as 'Hand' and 'Bath Towels'. Guests receive a 'Linen Change' every 7 days, with a light 'Bathroom Clean'.

Situated in one of the quietest areas of Jávea, Casa Toscana has it all for those wanting to relax. Set in landscaped gardens with mountain and valley views this villa is ideal for small parties that want to relax.

The pool enjoys sun almost 10 hours a day in summer and is perfect for those that want to relax and soak up those rays. Should you just want to read Casa Toscana has plenty of shaded nooks where you can get away from it all.

Guests will want for nothing in this beautifully fully equipped villa. It really has something for everybody. The villa is only 10 minutes away from Javea with a ´Blue Flag Beach´, bars and restaurants and ideal for those days out.

Water Sports
If you like windsurfing and dinghy sailing the sea up and down the coast around Javea are perfect. The summer winds are mostly thermals which peak in the late afternoon and die away completely in the evening.

The thermals off Moraira, Javea and Calpe beaches average force 2.5 and rarely exceed force 4. There are also windsurfing schools in Calpe and Javea. If you’re bringing your own boat, windsurf or Jet Ski. Three of our properties have secure car park will take the worry away from storage.

Markets
This coastline has some of the best markets on offer. Everyday you could spend hours walking around a local Market. Make sure you have space in those cases.

Go Karting
Karting Javea, a karting track offering different power karts so everyone can race. Afterwards why not stay and relax around the custom-made pool and beach at ´Isla Bonita´ with a bar/restaurant and occasional live music.
