Mark & Christine - Casa Tranquila

Casa Tranquila has been a labour of love for Christine and I for the past 9 years.The original house was built in 1978 and we knew from day one that we could build something really special.

We have reformed and extended the original house each year until it was finally finished in 2020 (although Christine did say that to me two renovations ago!!). Christine and I both fell in love with Javea, its culture and people and that is what prompted us in 2017 to give up our careers, move and live permanently in Javea.

Over the past 3 years we have totally immersed ourselves into the town forming many friendships with the locals and perfecting our Spanish. With experience gained in previous careers we started ´Javea Holiday Rentals´ and added ´Casa Tranquila´ in as one of our first rental offerings.
