What covid-19 measures do you employ in your properties?
We take your safety very seriously and so to ensure that your holiday home is meticulous when you arrive we employ extremely strict Covid-19 cleaning measures.

We ensure that not only are all linen and towels cleaned at temperatures in excess of 63 degrees but that all surfaces, handles, machines are cleaned using appropriate measures.

Any contractors that attend your property i.e pool cleaners will attend either early in the morning and/or when you are not in your property.

All our contractors are COVID-19 compliant. On a two-week holiday where we do a mid-holiday laundry change we will arrange a suitable time for our cleaners to arrive to minimise any contact.
How much deposit do I have to pay to secure our holiday?
We normally ask for a 20% deposit to reserve your holiday dates. By agreement, we can take an initial 10% deposit as long as the other 10% is paid within 4 weeks
Will I lose my deposit if we can´t travel because of coronavirus (COVID-19)?
Upto 8 weeks prior to departure we will always refund the deposits of our guests as long as we receive a request in writing. 2020 changed the face of the travel industry and so in 2021 we will continue to monitor the situation throughout the year talking to our guests as we find out the impact of the vaccination programme.

We never envisage arriving at the 8-week cut off without being confident that your holiday will proceed.
When do I have to pay the balance for my holiday?
Your balance is due for payment 8 weeks prior to arrival (including any security deposit). In 2021 as we understand the impact of coronavirus, we may amend this to support our guests and for them to have confidence in us as a business.
