Swimming Pool, Pool Terrace and Sunbathing Area
The 8m x 5 salt pool with its sunbathing terrace have stunning views of the valley and mountains in front. Sit and admire the fantastic views of the escarpment in front or take a dip to cool off in this little oasis of Javea. It´s a fantastic place to top up that tan or read a book.

The villa boasts a large, shaded area with modern gas BBQ and outdoor seating and the dining table for 6 is ideal for long lazy lunches and alfresco living. This area connects to the Lounge / Diner and Kitchen and so is perfect for those family fiestas .

Entrance
The vila has sufficient parking for upto 3 hire cars and is a short walk upstairs to the rear entrance of the property through the kitchen to the Lounge / Diner. There is a main entrance with on-road parking. This leads down a few steps into a cool entrance hall that also leads into 2 bedrooms and the Lounge / Diner.

Living & Dining Space
The open plan lounge / dining room with seating for all your guests is a cool, relaxing area to get away from the heat of the day and has fantastic views over the pool, gardens, and valley beyond.

There are patio doors that open fully onto the shaded BBQ terrace with seating / dining for 6 people. Along with the modern gas BBQ, the fully equipped kitchen offers everything you could need so that mealtimes are never an issue.

Bedrooms
Master Bedroom – A relaxing master bedroom with King bed and large ensuite. It has air-conditioning and shutters to keep you cool at night as well as double wardrobes. It has it´s own private terrace upstairs with sea views and views over the pool.

Twin Bedroom 1 – The twin bedroom with two single beds shares a bathroom with the other twin and is cool and inviting. It has air-conditioning, shutters and wardrobes.

Twin Bedroom 2 – This twin bedroom with shared bathroom and two single beds is comfortable and offers air-conditioning, shutters and large double wardrobe and views over the pool.

All bedrooms come with fresh linen as well as 'Hand' and 'Bath Towels'. Guests receive a 'Linen Change' every 7 days, with a light 'Bathroom Clean'

Casa El Capricho is just short distance from Jávea and the Arenal beach and with a car is the ideal place to explore the surrounding towns. For those people wishing to explore the area there are some spectacular shaded walks along the clifftops, perfect for walking off that heavy lunch or for the energetic it is possible to walk to the beautiful Portichol beach using a short cut (about 20 minutes)

There are two beautiful coves nearby with small ‘Blue Flag’ beaches, Portichol and Granadella, within 10 minutes drive, both with great restaurants. The port and main town are about 10 minutes in the car and again both have ‘Blue Flag Beaches’, bars & restaurants. There are several restaurants within walking distance of the Casa.

Water Sports
If you like windsurfing and dinghy sailing the sea up and down the coast around Javea are perfect. The summer winds are mostly thermals which peak in the late afternoon and die away completely in the evening.

The thermals off Moraira, Javea and Calpe beaches average force 2.5 and rarely exceed force 4. There are also windsurfing schools in Calpe and Javea. If you’re bringing your own boat, windsurf or Jet Ski. Three of our properties have secure car park will take the worry away from storage.

Markets
This coastline has some of the best markets on offer. Everyday you could spend hours walking around a local Market. Make sure you have space in those cases.

Within easy reach of all the resorts via the excellent road network. The ‘Water’ & ‘Amusement’ parks in Benidorm offer fun days out for all the family. Whether it´s a day shooting the slides at ‘Aqualandia´ or strolling around the zoo at ‘Terra Natura. Maybe thrill rides is what you and your family love and so ‘Terra Mitica’ has it all. Go Karting
Karting Javea, a karting track offering different power karts so everyone can race. Afterwards why not stay and relax around the custom-made pool and beach at ´Isla Bonita´ with a bar/restaurant and occasional live music. It is close to the Arenal beach and is a great way to spend a few competitive hours with the kids.
