Swimming Pool, Pool Terrace and Sunbathing Area
Situated on the exclusive area of ‘Rafalet’, Villa Raffy enjoys spectacular views of the Montgo National Park from the sun-drenched pool terrace. The large 10m x 5m private pool it is a great place for the family, boasting seating, sunbeds, and parasols for every member of your group to sit around with a good book, whilst soaking up the sun.

The covered private BBQ & Bar area is perfect for alfresco living and those long lazy family lunches.

Entrance
The villa has sufficient parking for up to 3 hire cars and is a short walk to the separate one-bedroom casita with ensuite and then the 3-bedroom villa.

Living, Kitchen & Dining Spaces
The large open plan lounge / dining room with bar and seating for all your family is light and bright and is fitted out to the highest standard The area is cool and inviting and perfect to get out of the afternoon sun and enjoys amazing valley and mountain views. The newly fitted fully equipped kitchen offers everything you could need. There are patio doors that open fully onto the impressive pool terrace with a dining table with seating for everyone.

Bedrooms
Bedroom 1 – A large light and airy king bedroom with en-suite. The bedroom has sufficient wardrobe space for the largest of suitcases and boasts a walk-in shower.
Bedroom 2 – This king bedroom has fitted wardrobes and shares a bathroom with bedroom 3.
Bedroom 3 – A large light twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes that shares the bathroom next door.
Bedroom 4 – This is a separate ‘Casita’ with large king bedroom, separate toilet and ensuite.

‘Villa Raffy’ HAS A SEPARATE APARTMENT DOWNSTAIRS THAT IS NOT OCCUPIED THROUGHOUT THE SUMMER MONTHS.

All Bedrooms come with fresh linen as well as Hand and Bath Towels

Water Sports
If you like windsurfing and dinghy sailing the sea up and down the coast around Javea are perfect. The summer winds are mostly thermals which peak in the late afternoon and die away completely in the evening.

The thermals off Moraira, Javea and Calpe beaches average force 2.5 and rarely exceed force 4. There are also windsurfing schools in Calpe and Javea. If you’re bringing your own boat, windsurf or Jet Ski. Three of our properties have secure car park will take the worry away from storage.

Markets
This coastline has some of the best markets on offer. Everyday you could spend hours walking around a local Market. Make sure you have space in those cases.

Are you and your friends golfing fanatics that want to mix golfing with a relaxing break? We can point you in the direction of several excellent golf clubs within an hour’s drive. From ‘La Sella’ & ‘Javea Golf’ less than 15 minutes away to ‘Oliva Nova’ & ‘Bonalba’ just under an hour.

We can send you details of road routes and treks that you could use during your stay with us as well as pointing you in the direction of cycle or mountain bike hire from one of our preferred partners.

Go Karting
Karting Javea, a karting track offering different power karts so everyone can race. Afterwards why not stay and relax around the custom-made pool and beach at ´Isla Bonita´ with a bar/restaurant and occasional live music. It is close to the Arenal beach and is a great way to spend a few competitive hours with the kids.
