Villa Roja is a large, spacious 7-bedroom villa ideal for those that want to spread out and relax. Set on the outskirts of Javea´s historic ‘Old Town’ this villa offers something for everyone and is ideal for large families & mature groups. The villa is situated in a residential street, far enough for those that want a relaxing, stress-free holiday but close enough if you want to explore this beautiful ‘Spanish Pueblo’ after lunch.
The large terrace with its 10m x 5m pool is private and secure, with the backdrop of the impressive Montgo mountain. It´s a great place to top up that tan as the ‘Pool Area’ enjoys 10 hours of sun a day and is perfect for those that just want to soak up those rays.
At lunch you do not have to move far from that sunbed as the house boasts a large, covered BBQ area with dining table. Use the traditional charcoal BBQ to cook local delicacies whilst you prepare the rest of your lazy lunch in the fully fitted downstairs kitchenette which connects to this area, perfect for alfresco dining.
Maybe you fancy escaping to the upstairs covered terrace which is the perfect ‘Chill out Area’ to read that favourite book or sit and chat with a cocktail whilst the kids are in the pool. Everyone can have their own space and you are never on top of each other.
The house boasts 7 bedrooms (2 x en-suite) all fitted to a high standard. With 2 TV lounges, guests will want for nothing in this beautiful fully equipped villa. It really has something for everyone. It offers peace, tranquillity and space for large families and mature groups and is only 10 minutes away from Javea with its ´Blue Flag Beaches´, bars and restaurants.

Swimming Pool, Pool Terrace and Sunbathing Area
The privacy and tranquillity of Villa Roja’s swimming pool are its biggest attraction. With a large South facing 10m x 5m pool it´s a great place to sit around with a good book, top up your tan, or catchup on the gossip with your family.
The pool has more than enough sunbeds and parasols for every member of your group with a covered upstairs terraced area when you want to get out of the sun but still watch the kids in the pool
When you’re hungry move to the covered BBQ terrace for lunch with its charcoal BBQ and whilst the meat is cooking you can prepare the rest of your lazy lunch in the fully fitted indoor kitchenette which connects to this area and is perfect for alfresco dining.
Entrance
The villa has sufficient parking for up to 3 hire cars with further on-street parking if required and is a short walk upstairs to the covered entrance which opens into the lounge & dining area.
Living & Dining Spaces
The large open plan Lounge /Diner/Kitchen is flooded with light and opens to the large outdoor terrace that has fantastic views over the pool, gardens, and surrounding countryside. The terrace has a large table with seating for all your guests and perfect to sit and relax after a day sunbathing.

Villa Roja is set on the slopes of the Montgo mountain in Javea, with wonderful views of the mountain and the valley. It's less than 5 minutes' drive to several fantastic restaurants and a great local supermarket. The 'Old Town', 'Port' or 'Arenal Beach' are only a 10 minutes' drive away. Jávea offers 'Blue Flag Beaches', artesan stalls during the summer months, bars, restaurants, shops and has the honour of being the '8th Healthiest Place in the World'.

Water Sports
If you like windsurfing and dinghy sailing the sea up and down the coast around Javea are perfect. The summer winds are mostly thermals which peak in the late afternoon and die away completely in the evening.
The thermals off Moraira, Javea and Calpe beaches average force 2.5 and rarely exceed force 4. There are also windsurfing schools in Calpe and Javea. If you’re bringing your own boat, windsurf or Jet Ski. Three of our properties have secure car park will take the worry away from storage.
Markets
This coastline has some of the best markets on offer. Everyday you could spend hours walking around a local Market. Make sure you have space in those cases.

Karting Javea, a karting track offering different power karts so everyone can race. Afterwards why not stay and relax around the custom-made pool and beach at ´Isla Bonita´ with a bar/restaurant and occasional live music. It is close to the Arenal beach and is a great way to spend a few competitive hours with the kids.
