Swimming Pool, Pool Terrace and Sunbathing Area
Villa San Andres has a large tiled sun-drenched pool area that enjoys peace, tranquillity and privacy. With an 9m x 4m pool it is the perfect place to sit around with a good book, listen to music or do whatever takes your fancy whilst soaking up the Spanish sun.

The pool area boasts sunbeds and parasols for your group and is the perfect place to spend time with your family. At night the pool area enjoys pool lighting and is only a step away from the covered terrace, BBQ and outdoor dining area so you can enjoy that alfresco living without moving far from the comfort of your sunbed.

Entrance
The villa has sufficient parking for up to 5 hire cars and accessed through electric gates. There is a short walk to the covered entrance. For those with limited mobility the downstairs area can be accessed directly from a rear entrance from a car.

Living, Kitchen & Dining Spaces
The large open plan lounge with separate indoor dining area has seating for all your guests. The area is cool and inviting and perfect to get out of the afternoon sun.

The fully fitted equipped kitchen offers everything you could need. The kitchen door leads out onto the outdoor covered terrace with seating for all your group and large dining table and looks out over the pool. The perfect place to chill out with a good book or enjoy an alfresco lunch with your family and friends.

Bedrooms
Bedroom 1 – A super king bedroom with fitted wardrobes, ensuite and opens out onto the outdoor pool terrace. This can also be made into a twin room if required.

Bedroom 2 – A twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes and an ensuite with bath and shower.

Bedroom 3 – A double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and an ensuite with corner bath and shower. This bedroom has access to its own terrace.

Bedroom 4 – A super king bedroom with fitted wardrobes and an ensuite with shower. This bedroom has access to its own terrace.

All bedrooms come with fresh linen as well as 'Hand' and 'Bath Towels'. Guests receive a 'Linen Change' every 7 days, on a Saturday, with a light 'Bathroom Clean'

Villa San Andres is set on the slopes of the Montgo mountain in Javea, with wonderful views of the mountain and the valley. It's less than 5 minutes' drive to several fantastic restaurants and a great local supermarket. The 'Old Town', 'Port' or 'Arenal Beach' are only a 10 minutes' drive away. Jávea offers 'Blue Flag Beaches', artesan stalls during the summer months, bars, restaurants, shops and has the honour of being the '8th Healthiest Place in the World'.

Water Sports
If you like windsurfing and dinghy sailing the sea up and down the coast around Javea are perfect. The summer winds are mostly thermals which peak in the late afternoon and die away completely in the evening.

The thermals off Moraira, Javea and Calpe beaches average force 2.5 and rarely exceed force 4. There are also windsurfing schools in Calpe and Javea. If you’re bringing your own boat, windsurf or Jet Ski. Three of our properties have secure car park will take the worry away from storage.

Markets
This coastline has some of the best markets on offer. Everyday you could spend hours walking around a local Market. Make sure you have space in those cases.

With some of the most stunning scenery the Alicante region has to offer, this is a paradise for walkers, hikers, and climbers alike. Whether it is a sedate walk or a six-hour hike, we believe there is something for everyone. We can help with maps and have information on the best trails and climbs.

Golfing
Are you and your friends golfing fanatics that want to mix golfing with a relaxing break? We can point you in the direction of several excellent golf clubs within an hour’s drive. From ‘La Sella’ & ‘Javea Golf’ less than 15 minutes away to ‘Oliva Nova’ & ‘Bonalba’ just under an hour.

Cycling & Mountain Biking
Favoured by cyclists and mountain bikers alike. Javea / Denia and surrounding areas are ideal for those of you that love cycling and mountain biking. We can send you details of road routes and treks that you could use during your stay with us as well as pointing you in the direction of cycle or mountain bike hire from one of our preferred partners.

Water Parks
Within easy reach of all the resorts via the excellent road network. The ‘Water’ & ‘Amusement’ parks in Benidorm offer fun days out for all the family. Whether it´s a day shooting the slides at ‘Aqualandia´ or strolling around the zoo at ‘Terra Natura. Maybe thrill rides is what you and your family love and so ‘Terra Mitica’ has it all. Go Karting
Karting Javea, a karting track offering different power karts so everyone can race. Afterwards why not stay and relax around the custom-made pool and beach at ´Isla Bonita´ with a bar/restaurant and occasional live music. It is close to the Arenal beach and is a great way to spend a few competitive hours with the kids.
