Andy & Jules - Villa Roja

Jules and I dreamt for many years of buying a second home when we retired. When we came to Javea on holiday we fell in love with the place and the beauty of its surroundings.

Viewing our villa was also love at first sight because it is only six minutes’ walk from the old town and looks out over orange groves. We have spent the last year refurbishing the property with new kitchens, bathrooms etc and it now feels like our home.

We have been working with Mark and Christine for a while now and have found that nothing is too much trouble for them.
