Based in the beautiful Mediterranean resort of Jávea, Costa Blanca. Formed in 2020 by husband-and-wife team, Mark & Christine Smith. ‘Javea Holiday Rentals’ is a small holiday rental company that focuses on quality ‘Apartments’ & ‘Villas’ in and around Jávea, Denia & Moraira.

We work closely with our property owners to ensure that we give our guests the best possible experience whilst they are on holiday. Our properties are of the highest quality with every detail taken care of. We have high standards and even bigger aspirations. That is why our motto is;

Sheltered by the Montgo mountain it enjoys a micro-climate and impressive year-round temperatures. Split into 3 areas – the Port, the Arenal and the Old Town. You will find many bars and restaurants in all 3 areas offering a wide variety of cuisine. Small coves with delightful ‘Blue Flag Beaches’, cultural and historic sites and breath-taking views make sure there is something for everyone to enjoy in Javea.
